Chicken & Zucchini Stir-Fry 🍗🥒 Protein 35g

A quick, healthy stir-fry packed with juicy chicken, tender zucchini, and a savory garlic sauce—light, flavorful, and perfect for a balanced meal in minutes.

📝 Ingredients:
✦ 300g chicken breast, sliced
✦ 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
✦ 1 tbsp olive oil
✦ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✦ 2 tbsp soy sauce
✦ 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
✦ 1 tsp sesame oil
✦ 1/2 tsp black pepper
✦ 1/2 tsp salt
✦ 1/2 tsp paprika

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

2️⃣- Add chicken slices and cook until golden and fully cooked.

3️⃣- Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.

4️⃣- Toss in zucchini and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.

5️⃣- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.

6️⃣- Mix well and cook for another 1–2 minutes.

7️⃣- Serve hot on its own or with rice.
