🍲🥕 Classic Chicken Noodle Soup | 💪 Protein 32 g

📝 Ingredients: 🧅🥕
✦ 500 g cooked shredded chicken 🍗
✦ 8 cups chicken broth 🍲
✦ 1½ cups egg noodles 🍜
✦ 2 carrots sliced 🥕
✦ 2 celery stalks chopped 🌿
✦ 1 small onion diced 🧅
✦ 3 cloves garlic minced 🧄
✦ 1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
✦ 1 tsp dried thyme 🌿
✦ 1 bay leaf 🍃
✦ Salt and black pepper to taste 🧂
✦ 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped 🌿

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣- Heat olive oil in a large pot sauté onion garlic carrots and celery until softened

2️⃣- Pour in chicken broth add thyme bay leaf salt and pepper then bring to a boil

3️⃣- Stir in egg noodles and cook until tender

4️⃣- Add shredded chicken and simmer for 5–7 minutes

5️⃣- Remove bay leaf garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot
