Ingredients

Instructions

Blend batter
Add cottage cheese, eggs, oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon to a blender. Blend until smooth. -
Heat pan
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray. -
Cook pancakes
Pour small circles of batter into the pan. Cook 2–3 minutes until bubbles form. -
Flip
Flip gently and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden. -
Serve
Serve warm with your favorite healthy toppings.
