Cream Cheese Cake 🍰🧀

Ultra-smooth, rich, and velvety—this cream cheese cake melts in your mouth with every bite. A perfectly balanced dessert with a buttery base and a creamy, slightly tangy filling.

📝 Ingredients:
✦ 200g cream cheese (softened)
✦ 100g sugar
✦ 2 eggs
✦ 100ml heavy cream
✦ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✦ 120g crushed biscuits
✦ 60g melted butter

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣- Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F) and line a baking pan.

2️⃣- Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into the base to form a crust.

3️⃣- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

4️⃣- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.

5️⃣- Stir in heavy cream and vanilla extract until silky.

6️⃣- Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.

7️⃣- Bake for 35–40 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.

8️⃣- Let cool completely, then chill before serving.
