🧂 Ingredients

250 g pasta (penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti)

2 tbsp olive oil or butter

2 chicken breasts, sliced

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp garlic powder (or 3 cloves garlic, minced)

1 cup broccoli florets
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup milk
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
½ tsp dried Italian seasoning
-
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions

Cook Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain. -
Cook Chicken
Heat oil or butter in a pan. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic. Cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside. -
Cook Broccoli
In the same pan, add broccoli with a splash of water. Cook for 2–3 minutes until tender but bright green. -
Make Creamy Sauce
Lower heat. Add cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes. Stir until smooth and creamy. -
Combine
Add cooked pasta and chicken back to the pan. Toss well. Add reserved pasta water if needed for extra creaminess. -
Serve
Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot with extra Parmesan on top.
