INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups thin sliced cucumber
  • Thin sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup light sour cream 3 pts
  • 1 tbsp light Mayo 1 pt
  • Splash of white vinegar
  • Splash of lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dill
  • Dash of sugar.
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it all together
