🍋 Creamy Lemon Chicken Bake (Quick Recipe)

Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
Salt & black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Lemon slices (for baking dish)
Creamy Lemon Sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup heavy cream (or yogurt)
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried parsley (or fresh)
Optional: ¼ cup grated Parmesan
Instructions
Heat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Place lemon slices in a baking dish, lay chicken on top. Season with salt & pepper.
Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.
Pour sauce evenly over chicken.
Bake 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked and sauce is lightly golden.
Optional: Broil 2–3 minutes for color.
Serve With
Rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed veggies 🥦
