



Golden, crispy, and packed with sweet onion flavor — a perfect snack or side dish you’ll want again and again!

• 2 large sweet onions, finely chopped
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 3/4 cup milk
• Oil for frying

In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
Add chopped onions and stir to coat evenly.
Pour in the milk and mix until a thick batter forms.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, flatten slightly.
Fry 2–3 minutes per side or until golden brown and crisp.
