Crispy Cauliflower Bites with Spicy Yogurt Sauce
Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tbsp olive oil
½ cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Spicy Yogurt Sauce:
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp hot sauce or chili paste
1 clove garlic, minced
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat oven: Set oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Coat cauliflower: Toss florets with olive oil, breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Bake: Arrange on the baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
Prepare sauce: In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, hot sauce, minced garlic, and salt.
Serve: Plate crispy cauliflower bites and drizzle or serve with the spicy yogurt sauce for dipping.
