Perfectly roasted cauliflower florets tossed in olive oil and spices, baked until crispy and caramelized. A healthy, flavorful side dish that goes with almost anything.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika (or smoked paprika)

  • ½ tsp cumin or Italian seasoning

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • Optional: grated Parmesan or lemon zest


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).

  4. Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

  5. Optional: sprinkle Parmesan or squeeze lemon juice before serving.


Tips for Extra Crispiness

  • Dry cauliflower well before roasting

  • Use high heat and plenty of space

  • Finish with 2–3 minutes under the broiler
