  • 2 cups frozen, chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1⁄2 cup pineapple juice

  1. Add pineapple and juice to blender.
  2. Add in ice cream.
  3. Pulse until frozen pineapple is mixed in.
  4. Continue to blend until you have a thick milkshake consistency.
  5. Add more pineapple juice if needed.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Garnish with fresh pineapple if desired.
