Egg Mango Salad Bowl
Ingredients:
3 boiled eggs½ cup lettuce¼ cup cucumber slices¼ cup tomato slices¼ cup diced mango¼ cup red onion slicesFresh mint leavesBlack pepper & salt
Instructions:
Line bowl with lettuce.Add cucumbers, tomatoes, mango, and onions.Top with sliced eggs.Sprinkle saltand pepper.Garnish with mint.Serve fresh and enjoy!
