Peanut Butter Microwave Fudge

  • 1 lb box powdered sugar (Confectioners sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons light butter
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup powdered peanut butter (reconstituted according to package instructions)


  1. Place powdered sugar, light butter, and skim milk in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes on high.
  3. Take it out, beat the ingredients with a hand mixer until well combined.
  4. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
  5. Add reconstituted powdered peanut butter and mix by hand or with a mixer until thoroughly combined.
  6. Spread the mixture in a foil-lined 8×8 pan.
  7. Allow it to cool, then cut into portions and enjoy your Weight Watchers-friendly Peanut Butter Microwave Fudge.
  8. Let cool then cut and ENJOY! Everyone will LOVE this!!!!!!!
