Garlic Butter Salmon with Mashed Potatoes & Green Beans
Ingredients:
• 2 salmon fillets
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 cloves garlic (minced)
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp paprika
• ½ tsp chili flakes
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cups mashed potatoes
• 1 tbsp butter (for potatoes)
• 1 cup green beans
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 clove garlic (for beans)
Method:
Season salmon with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook salmon 3–4 minutes per side.
Add butter and garlic, spoon the garlic butter over salmon for 1 minute.
Sauté green beans in olive oil with garlic for 3–4 minutes.
Serve salmon with mashed potatoes topped with butter and the green beans.
