Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese or plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 large eggs

  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ½ cup chocolate or vanilla protein powder

  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey (use sugar-free if preferred)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment.

  2. Blend cottage cheese (or yogurt), eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.

  3. Mix in cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.

  4. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.

  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until set but still fudgy.

  6. Cool completely before slicing.
