Holiday White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Pistachio Bread

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup shelled pistachios
1/2 cup white chocolate chips (plus extra for drizzle, optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry mixture. Mix until just combined.
Fold in cranberries, pecans, pistachios, and white chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
(Optional) Melt extra white chocolate and drizzle over the cooled bread for a festive touch.
