1 pecan Pie crust
1 1/2 c hvy whipping cream
8 oz crm cheese softened
1 tbsp Lemon zest
1/4 c fresh lemon juice
(Can use Lemon juice from concentrate if you don’t have a fresh lemon)
2/3 c swerve confectioner sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Beat everything until it forms stiff peaks.
Beat Cream cheese, Vanilla, Heavy whipping cream and lemon juice and then sugar.
Once well-combined pour into Pie crust! Add some ADDITIONAL ZEST On top and you can decorate with a lemon if ya fancy like me😎(optional)
Freeze for at least 2 hours and Enjoy!
