Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan:
    • Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Melt the Butter and Chocolate:
    • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
    • Once melted, add the chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
  3. Mix Peanut Butter:
    • Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  4. Combine with Rice Krispies:
    • In a large bowl, combine the Rice Krispies and powdered sugar.

  5. Fill the Muffin Tin:
    • Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin cups, pressing down gently to pack them in.
  6. Chill:
    • Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until set.
  7. Serve:
    • Once set, remove from the muffin tin and enjoy!
