Instructions
Cook Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
Brown Sausage
Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add sausage and cook 5–6 minutes, breaking apart until browned. Remove excess grease if needed.
Sauté Veggies
Add onion and bell peppers; cook 3–4 minutes until softened. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook 30 seconds.
Deglaze
Pour in wine and simmer 2–3 minutes, scraping pan.
Build Sauce
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer 5 minutes. Add pasta water if needed.
