Italian Panzanella
A refreshing Tuscan bread salad.
Ingredients
Cherry tomatoes: 300 g, halved
Red onion: 1, sliced
Stale bread: 200 g, cubed
Fresh basil leaves: handful
Olive oil: 3 tbsp
Red wine vinegar: 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Toast bread cubes until crispy.
2️⃣ Combine tomatoes, onion, and basil in a bowl.
3️⃣ Add bread cubes and toss together.
4️⃣ Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar.
5️⃣ Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
