JEWISH APPLE CAKE — FULL RECIPE 
Ingredients:
• 4 cups peeled apple slices
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 3 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• Pinch salt
• 1 cup oil
• ¼ cup orange juice
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 4 eggs
Steps:
• Toss apples with cinnamon + 2 tbsp sugar
• Mix flour, 2 cups sugar, baking powder, salt
• Add oil, eggs, orange juice, vanilla → make batter
• Layer batter + apples in greased bundt pan
• Bake 350°F for 1h 15–30 mins
• Cool completely before slicing
