1 c blue berry (or berry of choice strawberry are lower in carbs if you prefer)
1 tbs sweetener(I used Lakanto monk fruit)
1/8 c almond flour
1 tbs butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 c chopped pecans
1/4 tsp salt
Divide berries into two oven safe mini ramekins and add 1/2 tbs of sweetener to each and mix. In a separate bowl mix the butter, almond flour, cinnamon, vanilla, pecans, salt and stir to combine. Add half the mixture on top of each dessert and bake at 400 for 15-20min.
Let cool sightly! I added some whipped cream to the top before I ate mine!
