Keto Cream Horns that are low in carbs:

Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 cups almond flour
– 2 tablespoons coconut flour
– 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
– 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– Pinch of salt
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– 2 large eggs
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, baking powder, and salt.

3. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, you can add a little water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together.

4. Divide the dough into six equal portions. Take one portion and roll it out into a thin strip, about 1/4-inch thick and 6 inches long. Repeat with the remaining dough portions.

5. Take a metal cream horn mold and wrap the dough strip around it, starting from the tip and overlapping slightly as you go. Press the ends of the dough together to seal. Repeat with the remaining dough strips.

6. Place the wrapped cream horn molds on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the horns are firm and slightly golden. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.

7. While the horns are cooling, prepare the filling. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

8. Once the cream horns are cool, carefully slide the metal molds out of the horns. Fill a piping bag fitted with a star tip with the whipped cream filling. Pipe the filling into each cream horn, starting from one end and filling it up until the other end.

9. Optional: Dust the cream horns with a little cocoa powder or powdered erythritol for decoration.

10. Place the filled cream horns in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the filling to set.

Enjoy your delicious keto cream horns with reduced carbs!
