Low Carb Crustless Pizza Bowl
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 lb ground Italian sausage
1/2 cup pepperoni slices, chopped
1/2 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free or low-carb)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
Fresh basil (for garnish, optional)
🍴 Instructions:
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small casserole dish or oven-safe bowl with cooking spray or a bit of olive oil.
Cook the Sausage
In a skillet, cook the ground Italian sausage over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Once browned and fully cooked, drain any excess fat.
Assemble the Bowl
In the prepared dish, layer the cooked sausage, chopped pepperoni, marinara sauce, black olives (if using), garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Stir everything together.
Top with Cheese
