Low Point Coffee

I used to be an avid Starbucks drinker… that’s hard on ww.
I’ve changed my daily coffee to

  • a double espresso pod from Nespresso (0pts)
  • 1/2 tsp light brown sugar (1pt)
  • 1/2 cup oat milk (2pts)
  • 1 pump sugar free flavoring (I use almond, hazelnut, brown sugar or vanilla! I like to mix it up)
    So 3pts for my coffe now instead of 6-7

You can also buy planet oat unsweetened vanilla oat milk and that’s 0pts for 1/2 cup but it doesn’t taste the same to me!

Now when I have Starbucks, I prefer my coffee  hope this helps someone
