Ingredients

2 cups sweet corn (boiled or steamed)

1 tablespoon butter

½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

½ teaspoon red chili powder

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon chaat masala

¼ teaspoon roasted cumin powder

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon finely chopped onion (optional)

1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
Optional add-ons:

Instructions

Heat corn
Add boiled corn to a pan on low heat and add butter. Mix until butter melts and coats the corn. -
Season
Add salt, red chili powder, black pepper, chaat masala, and cumin powder. Mix well. -
Cook briefly
Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring so spices coat evenly. -
Finish fresh
Turn off heat. Add lemon juice, chopped onion, and coriander. -
Serve
Spoon into cups and serve hot. Add cheese if desired.
