Avocado float anyone? 🤤
1 qt heavy cream
1/2 can of condensed milk or you can do full can too depends on how sweet you want it (leave it in the fridge overnight)
4-5 pcs large avocados (mashed)
Sliced avocado for toppings (quantity depends on how much avocado you want to put on top of your float)
Mix your mashed avocado and condensed milk and set aside.
Using a stand or hand mixer, whip heavy cream until light and double in size (it should look kinda foamy) then add in your mixed avocado and condensed until well combined.
Arrange your graham crackers flat on the bottom of the container then pour the mix whipped avocado then layer another set of graham crackers and repeat to your desired amount of layers then top it off with the sliced avocados.
Chill overnight (freezer)
