👩‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS

1️⃣ Make the Crust

  1. Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.

  2. Press firmly into the bottom of an 8×8 dish.

  3. Chill in fridge 15–20 minutes.


2️⃣ Prepare the Cream Layer

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.

  3. Fold in whipped topping gently.

  4. Spread evenly over chilled crust.


3️⃣ Cook Blueberry Topping

  1. In a saucepan, add blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice.

  2. Cook on medium until berries burst.

  3. Stir in cornstarch slurry.

  4. Cook until thickened (2–3 minutes).

  5. Cool completely.


4️⃣ Assemble & Chill

  1. Spread cooled blueberry topping over cream layer.

  2. Cover and refrigerate 3–4 hours (overnight best).

  3. Slice and serve chilled.
