🧂 Ingredients (Makes 20–24 Pinwheels)

  • 4 flour tortillas (regular or low-carb)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese

  • 2–3 jalapeños, finely diced (seeds removed for mild)

  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Optional Add-Ins

  • ¼ cup cooked turkey bacon bits

  • Fresh cilantro


🔪 Instructions

1️⃣ Mix the Filling

  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.

3️⃣ Roll

  • Roll tortillas tightly into logs.
