No-Bake Lemon Dazzling Blueberry Cream Cake 🍋🫐 Protein 12g

A refreshing, creamy dessert bursting with zesty lemon and sweet blueberries—this no-bake cake is light, silky, and beautifully layered for a stunning and irresistible treat.

📝 Ingredients:
✦ 150g crushed graham crackers
✦ 70g melted butter

✦ 200g cream cheese, softened
✦ 100g powdered sugar
✦ 1 tbsp lemon zest
✦ 2 tbsp lemon juice
✦ 150g whipped cream (or whipped topping)

✦ 150g blueberries (fresh or cooked into a sauce)
✦ 2 tbsp blueberry jam (optional for swirl)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣- Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a pan to form the crust.

2️⃣- Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes until firm.

3️⃣- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.

4️⃣- Fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy.

5️⃣- Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust.

6️⃣- Add a layer of blueberries or swirl with blueberry jam.

7️⃣- Top with remaining cream mixture and smooth the surface.

8️⃣- Chill for at least 3–4 hours until set.

9️⃣- Garnish with extra blueberries and lemon zest before serving.
