No-Bake Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients:
1. 4 oz cream cheese
2. ¼ cup granulated sugar
3. 8 oz Cool Whip
4. 1 pre-made pie crust
5. ¼ cup vanilla pudding mix
6. 1 cup pumpkin puree
7. 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
8. ½ tsp nutmeg
9. ½ tbs cinnamon
Directions:
Prep the Pie:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
2. Add the Cool Whip, vanilla pudding mix, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
3. Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust, spreading it evenly.
Chill the Pie:
4. Place the pie in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Serve:
5. Slice the chilled pumpkin pie and serve it as a delightful no-bake dessert.
