Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
8 oz medium pasta shells
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups marinara sauce
2 cups beef broth
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until browned. Drain excess grease. (5–6 minutes)
Add onion and bell pepper. Stir and cook until softened. (3–4 minutes)
Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until fragrant. (30 seconds)
Pour in marinara sauce and beef broth. Stir well, scraping the bottom of the pan.
Add uncooked pasta shells and stir so they are mostly covered in liquid.
Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until shells are tender. (12–15 minutes)
Stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. (2–3 minutes)
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with garlic bread or a simple salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
