Oreo Balls for Christmas

Festive and easy-to-make, these Oreo Balls are a perfect holiday treat! Coated in rich chocolate and decorated with red and green sprinkles, they’re a sweet addition to any Christmas celebration.
Ingredients:
• 1 package (14 oz) Oreo cookies, finely crushed
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 12 oz white chocolate, melted
• 12 oz milk or dark chocolate, melted
• Red and green sprinkles or colored icing for decoration
Instructions:
• Prepare the Oreo Mixture: In a large bowl, mix crushed Oreo cookies with softened cream cheese until it forms a dough-like consistency.
• Form the Balls: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into small balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
• Chill: Refrigerate the Oreo balls for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
• Coat in Chocolate: Dip each chilled ball into melted white or milk/dark chocolate. Use a fork to lift the ball out and let excess chocolate drip off. Place the coated ball back onto the parchment-lined sheet.
• Decorate: While the chocolate is still wet, drizzle red and green icing or sprinkle with holiday-themed sprinkles for a festive touch.
• Set: Allow the chocolate coating to harden at room temperature or chill in the refrigerator until firm.
• Serve and Enjoy: Store the Oreo balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
Notes:
• Professional Touch: Use a piping bag for a neat drizzle effect.
• Flavor Variations: Experiment with dark, milk, or white chocolate coatings for unique flavor combinations.
• Make Ahead: These can be prepared up to a week in advance and stored in the fridge.
