Pepper Jack Spinach And Artichoke Dip Bites
Delicious oven-baked dip bites filled with a rich and creamy mixture of spinach, artichoke, and cheese.
Ingredients For Dip Bites :
8 oz shredded mozzarella.
2 oz cream cheese.
⅓ cup almond flour.
⅓ cup coconut flour.
1 egg.
1 teaspoon garlic salt.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
12 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained well (or sauteed fresh spinach).
½ cup artichoke hearts chopped.
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese divided.
3 tablespoon sour cream.
3 tablespoon mayo.
1 teaspoon garlic salt.
Instructions For Preparation :
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Combine mozzarella cheese and 2 oz of cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave for one minute.
Stir the cheese and microwave for an extra 30 seconds until smooth.
Add melted cheeses and dough ingredients into a food processor, blend until dough forms.
Split dough into 36 portions, and press each into a mini muffin tin using a water-dipped tart tamper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, garlic salt, and half of the parmesan cheese.
Mix in spinach, artichokes, and mozzarella, then distribute mixture evenly over crusts.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes until edges attain a golden hue.
Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese on top before serving.
