Ingredients:
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
2 eggs
sliced pepperonis
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
Directions:
Mix mozzarella, parmesan, eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, put parchment paper on a 13×9 baking pan, spray with cooking spray. Add mixture to pan, top with pepperonis. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool, slice and enjoy!
*You can add different toppings as well(bacon, hamburger crumbles, sausage or veggies)*
