The batter is
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
1tbsp Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
1Tableapoon of almond flour
I added a little HWC
Make chaffles
Let cool.
Preheat overs to 400
Put chaffles on baking sheet
Add pizza sauce, mozz cheese and what ever toppings you’d like.
Bake 3-4 min
Broil to brown cheese and edges (which I love)
Add a little more Italian seasoning on top
I found 1/2 cup of mozz cheese too heavy for my stomach. Next time I’ll add 1/4 cup instead
