Craving a cheesy, delicious twist on a classic? Try this Pizza Grilled Cheese for the ultimate comfort food experience!

Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, very soft
– 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
– 8 slices white bread
– 12 slices mozzarella cheese
– 6 ounces pepperoni
– Warm pizza sauce for dipping

Directions:
Start by mixing the softened butter, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a medium bowl until it’s all creamy and smooth. Now, spread this buttery goodness on one side of your bread slices, laying them butter side up on a baking sheet.

Next, heat a skillet over medium-low heat and place one slice of bread butter side down in the pan. It’s time for the toppings! Layer on a slice of mozzarella, six pepperoni slices, another slice of mozzarella, six more pepperonis, and another slice of mozzarella to really pack in that cheesy goodness.

Now, place another slice of bread on top, butter side up. Cook until the bottom side is golden brown (which should take about 3-5 minutes), then carefully flip it to cook the other side until it’s golden and the cheese is melting beautifully.

Serve this cheesy delight straight away with warm pizza sauce for dipping. Enjoy every gooey bite!
