Polish Sausage, Sauerkraut & Potatoes 🌭🥔

A hearty, rustic dish featuring smoky sausage, tangy sauerkraut, and tender potatoes—this comforting classic is rich, savory, and full of bold, satisfying flavor.

📝 Ingredients:
✦ 300g Polish sausage (kielbasa), sliced
✦ 3 medium potatoes, cubed
✦ 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
✦ 1 small onion, sliced
✦ 2 tbsp olive oil
✦ 1/2 tsp paprika
✦ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
✦ 1/2 tsp salt
✦ 1/2 tsp black pepper
✦ 1/2 cup chicken broth

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2️⃣- Add potatoes and cook until lightly browned and tender.

3️⃣- Add sausage and cook until browned.

4️⃣- Stir in onion and sauté until soft.

5️⃣- Add sauerkraut, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

6️⃣- Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 10–15 minutes until flavors meld.
