Busy weeknights call for this quick and easy stir-fry! Packed with protein and crunch, it’s a fusion of hearty beef, crisp cabbage, and aromatic garlic and ginger. A splash of soy sauce and sesame oil ties it all together, making this dish a healthy and flavorful favorite.
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 cup bell peppers, sliced
1 tbsp sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 green onions, chopped
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a pan; sauté beef for 5-7 minutes.
2. Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant.
3. Stir in cabbage and peppers; cook for 3-5 minutes.
4. Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper; cook 2 minutes.
