Refreshing Cucumber Snack
Ingredients:
2 large cucumbers
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: cherry tomatoes for garnish
Directions:
Begin by washing the cucumbers thoroughly. Slice them into rounds or sticks, depending on your preference.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
Dip each cucumber slice into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
Arrange the coated cucumbers on a serving platter. If desired, garnish with cherry tomatoes for a pop of color.
Serve immediately for a refreshing snack or appetizer.
