Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Honey & Balsamic Glaze 



Ingredients 

1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Brussels Sprouts: In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic (if using).
Roast: Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Glaze: In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar and honey. Drizzle over the roasted Brussels sprouts as soon as they come out of the oven, and toss to coat.
Serve: Serve warm as a delicious side dish!
