Instructions
Prep Cabbage
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice cabbage into 1-inch thick rounds (steaks) and place on lined baking sheet.
Season
Mix olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Brush generously over both sides of cabbage.
Roast
Bake 20 minutes, flip, brush again, and bake another 10–15 minutes until edges are golden and tender.
Add Cheese
Sprinkle cheese over steaks and bake 5 more minutes until melted and bubbly.
Finish
Garnish with herbs and squeeze lemon over top before serving.
