Savory Chicken and Cabbage Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
4 cups cabbage, shredded
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
1/2 cup carrots, julienned
2 tbsp green onions, chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Directions:
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and rice vinegar, mixing well to coat the chicken.
Add cabbage and carrots to the pan, stir-frying for about 4-5 minutes until the cabbage softens.
Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds on top for extra flavor.
Serve hot, either on its own or with steamed rice.
