Colorful, flavorful, and nutrient-packed — this bowl has it all: juicy shrimp, creamy avocado, fresh mango salsa, and a zesty lime-chili drizzle. Easy to customize and loaded with bold tropical flavor.

🧾 Ingredients
🔸 For the Shrimp:
1 lb (450 g) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp chili powder

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper, to taste

Juice of ½ lime

🔸 For the Mango Salsa:
1 ripe mango, diced

½ red bell pepper, finely chopped

¼ red onion, finely chopped

1 small jalapeño, minced (optional, for heat)

Juice of 1 lime

2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Salt, to taste

🔸 For the Lime-Chili Sauce:
3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or sour cream

Juice of 1 lime

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

½ tsp chili powder

Pinch of salt

1–2 tsp water to thin (if needed)

🔸 For the Bowls:
1–2 avocados, sliced or cubed

2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or cauliflower rice)

Fresh greens (spinach, arugula, or romaine — optional)

Extra lime wedges, for serving

👩‍🍳 Instructions
✅ 1. Cook the Shrimp:
In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

Remove from heat and set aside.

✅ 2. Make the Mango Salsa:
In a bowl, combine diced mango, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, cilantro, and a pinch of salt.

Toss and chill while you prep the rest.

✅ 3. Mix the Lime-Chili Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lime juice, chili powder, honey, and salt.
