3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Beef
Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

2–2½ lbs beef stew meat (raw, cubed chuck works best)

1 packet dry onion soup mix (about 1 oz)

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
(Optional: ½ cup water or beef broth if you prefer extra gravy.)
Instructions
Add to Slow Cooker
Place the raw cubed beef directly into the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix evenly over the meat.
Spoon the cream of mushroom soup on top.
Stir (Lightly)
Gently mix just enough to coat the beef. No need to fully blend.
Cook

Low: 7–8 hours

High: 4–5 hours
Cook until the beef is fork-tender.
Serve
Stir before serving to create a thick gravy.
Serve over:

Or alongside roasted vegetables

If you want to stretch it or boost flavor:

1 cup sliced mushrooms
