📝 Ingredients (Serves 6)

  • 1 small green cabbage, chopped

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp dried thyme (optional)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Vegetables

  • Chop the cabbage into large pieces.

  • Dice the potatoes and chop the onion.

2️⃣ Add to Slow Cooker

Place in the slow cooker:

  • cabbage

  • potatoes

  • onion

  • garlic

3️⃣ Add Seasoning

Pour in broth and drizzle olive oil or butter.

4️⃣ Cook

Cover and cook:
