  • 1½ lbs beef stew meat or sirloin tips, cut into chunks

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

  • 2 tbsp water (for thickening)

Optional:

4️⃣ Cook

  • HIGH: 3–4 hours

until the beef becomes tender.
