🛒 Ingredients (Serves 6)

1½ lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced

2 tbsp cornstarch

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 cup beef broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp ginger (fresh or ground)

1 onion, sliced

2 green bell peppers, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Toss beef with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet; quickly sear beef for 1–2 minutes (optional but adds flavor).

Transfer beef to slow cooker. Add onion, bell peppers, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, Worcestershire, brown sugar, and beef broth.

Cover and cook on LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours until tender.

Stir before serving. Sauce will thicken naturally.
