Ingredients (Cookies):
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1½ tsp vanilla
2½ cups flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Ingredients (Frosting):
2 cups powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp butter, softened
½ tsp vanilla

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
Add egg + vanilla and mix well.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt; mix until dough forms.
Roll dough to ¼-inch thickness and cut into shapes.
Bake 8–10 minutes, edges should stay pale for soft cookies.
Cool completely.
Mix frosting ingredients until smooth, spread on cookies, and top with sprinkles.
