Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (optional – can be skipped for zero/very low points)

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder or cayenne (optional)

  • Optional: lemon juice or fresh herbs for serving


Instructions

  1. Prep cauliflower
    Wash and dry cauliflower florets completely.

  2. Season
    In a bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil (if using) and all spices until evenly coated.

  3. Air fry
    Place florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
    Air fry at 190°C / 375°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.

  4. Crisp more (optional)
    For extra crispiness, air fry an additional 3–5 minutes.

  5. Serve
    Finish with lemon juice or fresh herbs and serve hot.
