Instructions

Prep cauliflower
Wash and dry cauliflower florets completely. -
Season
In a bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil (if using) and all spices until evenly coated. -
Air fry
Place florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry at 190°C / 375°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway. -
Crisp more (optional)
For extra crispiness, air fry an additional 3–5 minutes. -
Serve
Finish with lemon juice or fresh herbs and serve hot.
